What's for Dinner?
A favorite around our house- bean tacos.
Empty 2 can of beans into a saucepan. (we use pinto/black with juice)
Chop some green onions and cilantro up and sprinkle in the beans like fairy dust (bbbbrrrrruuuuunnnnn!)
Let that simmer for like 20 minutes to thicken a bit.
Mash them a little bit with a fork but not all of them.
Warm some corn tortillas in a pan with spritzed with some non-cook spray.
Use the beans as your "meat" in the taco. Top with normal toppings for tacos such as lettuce, cheese, salsa, more cilantro...anything mexican.

I sure wish we could get some of your cooler weather. It still feels like flippin summer in TX. Samantha is beautiful.
You guys are so good at getting pictures done of your family. I need to get on the ball with that. I don't think I've had Carter's done since he was about 8 months old. She is such a beautiful girl. I love her hair in these pics. She looks so grown-up and ready to be a big sister!
This beautiful child just makes me happy to look at her. Can't wait for my visit and to see her darling sister.
