What's for Dinner?
A favorite around our house- bean tacos.
Empty 2 can of beans into a saucepan. (we use pinto/black with juice)
Chop some green onions and cilantro up and sprinkle in the beans like fairy dust (bbbbrrrrruuuuunnnnn!)
Let that simmer for like 20 minutes to thicken a bit.
Mash them a little bit with a fork but not all of them.
Warm some corn tortillas in a pan with spritzed with some non-cook spray.
Use the beans as your "meat" in the taco. Top with normal toppings for tacos such as lettuce, cheese, salsa, more cilantro...anything mexican.

Why would you assume it was Wes? Like he's the only funny one. It was me and Spencer. He found the video and thought it was funny and I suggested putting it on the blog. It was a team effort. I guess you could say it was Spencer's first post! (sortof)
