Spence and I got a good laugh out of this tonight and thought we'd share it with you. The way this guy says "Dadgummit" really reminds me of Dad. Enjoy.

What's for Dinner?
A favorite around our house- bean tacos.
Empty 2 can of beans into a saucepan. (we use pinto/black with juice)
Chop some green onions and cilantro up and sprinkle in the beans like fairy dust (bbbbrrrrruuuuunnnnn!)
Let that simmer for like 20 minutes to thicken a bit.
Mash them a little bit with a fork but not all of them.
Warm some corn tortillas in a pan with spritzed with some non-cook spray.
Use the beans as your "meat" in the taco. Top with normal toppings for tacos such as lettuce, cheese, salsa, more cilantro...anything mexican.

Funny Video! I can't believe the snake falling out of the tree. Ryan said that would do him on with fishing.
These are so funny. I too would have died with the snake falling on me!!! We have seen one or two at the lake, and it takes me a while to get over it:)

At first I thought the snake was fake, until I replayed it a few times. Then I realized it was real. That is so freaky!! I think I would have reacted the exact same way. I loved the "dadgummits," hilarious.
Oh yeah, I also loved the part where he is holding onto the trolling moter and nearly falls off the boat out of control.
