What's for Dinner?
A favorite around our house- bean tacos.
Empty 2 can of beans into a saucepan. (we use pinto/black with juice)
Chop some green onions and cilantro up and sprinkle in the beans like fairy dust (bbbbrrrrruuuuunnnnn!)
Let that simmer for like 20 minutes to thicken a bit.
Mash them a little bit with a fork but not all of them.
Warm some corn tortillas in a pan with spritzed with some non-cook spray.
Use the beans as your "meat" in the taco. Top with normal toppings for tacos such as lettuce, cheese, salsa, more cilantro...anything mexican.

Papa and Grandma loved Carter's mermaid song - it was SUPER!!!!!!!!! That's a pretty long song, and he's getting it down. Grandma will be there soon to hear him sing it in person - YEAH!!!!

That is so cute. He makes it look so effortless. Part of the time it doesn't look like he's singing but you can hear his cute little voice. Carter, thanks for the beautiful song!
