What's for Dinner?
A favorite around our house- bean tacos.
Empty 2 can of beans into a saucepan. (we use pinto/black with juice)
Chop some green onions and cilantro up and sprinkle in the beans like fairy dust (bbbbrrrrruuuuunnnnn!)
Let that simmer for like 20 minutes to thicken a bit.
Mash them a little bit with a fork but not all of them.
Warm some corn tortillas in a pan with spritzed with some non-cook spray.
Use the beans as your "meat" in the taco. Top with normal toppings for tacos such as lettuce, cheese, salsa, more cilantro...anything mexican.

That is so exciting. Way to go, big brother. You've broken your ridiculous habit again. Mark Twain said of smoking, "I know I can quit because I've done it a hundred times before".
You must now rid the house of all nasal spray, including everything that could be used as nasal spray such as contact solution, most spray household cleaners, all condiments in the fridge, and tabasco sauce.
WAY TO GO!!! Ryan and I were just talking about nose spray the other night and I won't say if your name came up or not but way to kick the habit.

OKAY - I think we ALL know who Ryan and Amber were talking about. I am probably the most proud of you of anyone, for obvious reasons. I have never tried tabasco, and would probably draw the line there. Love Ya
